Day 1: Singapore → Haikuo→ Wenchang
Arrival at Haikou Airport. Shopping at the Haikou night market.
Day 2: Wenchang→ Qiong Hai→ Shi Mei Wan
After breakfast, visit the venue of the Boao Forum of Asia and Yudai Bay, which includes a ride on a pleasure boat. The Boao Forum of Asia is a non-governmental and non-profit international association. It is currently a high level platform for Asia and the other continents to hold important dialogues between leaders in the government, business and the academic circles. Yudai Beach resembles a long jade belt that intentionally separates Wanquan River and the South China Sea. Admire the beautiful scene of the long and narrow beach lines, with the endless South China Sea on one side and the Wanquan River, lakes and mountains on the other side. Take the electromobile at Boao (Shapo Island) golf tourism spot and enter the famous 9 holes course, appreciating China’s famous 18 holes, also known as Asia’s number 1 hole. Every customer gets to practise with 30 golf balls, then proceed to the hotel for the night.
Day 3: Shi Mei Wan → Sanya Nanshan temple
Leave for Ganshen Ridge, Binglang Valley located in Ganshen natural reserves. With steep forests on both sides, the path towards Binglang Valley floor stretches for a few kilometres continuously. To the Li family living in the Binglang Valley, binglang (betel/areca nuts) is very important. It is used in happy occasions such as marriages and given to others as gifts. Enter the Binglang Valley into the Li family’s tradition to truly understand and experience the culture there. After lunch, head over to West Island’s amusement park on the sea, which is the core component of Sanya’s tourism area. Located in the north of West Island, the amusement park on the sea converges marine sports, diving, natural outdoor bath and beach entertainment together, with diving and tour around the island as the more popular activities. Check in to hotel at night and enjoy the Nanshan vegetarian banquet.
Day 4: Sanya → Jianfeng Ling
Participate in the “hug the Buddha’s foot” activity after breakfast. Visit the Nanshan Buddhist cultural centre, where everything is simple and realistic. The Buddhism scriptures record that to save all the living things in the world, Guan Yin bodhisattva made 12 wishes, and the third is to live at Nanhai, hence it has always been called the land of luck. After lunch, head down to Jianfeng Ling’s rainforest cultural centre, then check in to hotel for the night.
Day 5: Jianfeng Ling → Dan Zhou
After breakfast, free and easy activity to scale Jianfeng Ling. Jianfeng Ling is located in Ledong district and became a national forest park in July 1992. It is China’s largest original tropical forest zone, with the main peak at 1412 metres above sea level and the lowest at 200 metres. Being a large natural gene library of species, over 2000 species of plants with vascular bundle and more than 300 species of trees can be found here. Proceed to Dan Zhou by bus and check in to the hotel there.
Day 6: Dan Zhou → Haikou
Leave for Songtao Reservoir after breakfast and take a boat ride on the Songtao Lake to view the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, enjoy a feast of fish in hotpot on the boat. After lunch, return to Haikou by car and visit the Crater Garden. There are volcanic vents in the garden, a garden path, a wide and beautiful concourse as well as a temple built by Taoguang during the Qing dynasty. There is also a viewing platform there, which glances over the high rise buildings in Haikuo City, the choppy straits of Qiong Zhou and Wu Zhi Shan located in central Hainan. Proceed to dinner after this and watch Hainan Island’s large scale dance and drama performance.
Day 7: Haikou → Singapore
Free and easy activity after breakfast, then head for airport.
