Day 1: Nanning
After arrival at Nanning airport, travel to city and tour Nanning’s famous tourist attraction: Qing Xiu Mountain Park. There are many ridges and peaks within the scenic spot and has a magnificent view.

Day 2: Nanning → Ningming (177km, ~2.5h ride) → Pingxiang (45km, ~1h ride)
Travel to Ningming by bus in the morning, tour the beautiful Ming River by boat then proceed to view Flower Mountain Mural. The mural is 44m high and 170m wide, consisting more than 1800 drawings of Man, animals, the Sun and the Moon, etc. In the afternoon, travel to Pingxiang by bus and visit You Yi Checkpoint. This checkpoint is the main pass between China and Vietnam, and is Nan Jiang’s most important border defense. Return to hotel after tour.

Day 3: Pingxiang → Halong, Vietnam (~6h ride)
Proceed to checkpoint after breakfast, settle the cross-border procedures, then travel to Halong, Vietnam.

Day 4: Halong → Hanoi (180km, ~3h ride)
After breakfast, visit Halong Bay, 1 of the world’s 8 natural heritages. Enjoy yourself under the warm sun and appreciate the exotic landscape such as the Cockfight (Dou Ji) Rock and the Heavenly Palace (Tian Gong) Cave. Savour lunch on a pleasure boat then travel to Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi by bus. Visit the Royal Marine Park at night and admire Vietnam’s unique folk art: “puppet show on water” and the ethnic song and dance performance. Check in to hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi → Pingxiang (220km, ~4h ride) → Mingshi (130km, ~3h ride)
Visit Ba Ting Square in the morning and view the exterior of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh former residences, the chairman’s mansion, and places with Vietnamese characteristics such as Du Zhu Temple and the museum. Free-and-easy activity to view Hanoi’s Huan Jian Lake and Tiao Fu Street. Travel back to You Yi Checkpoint, enter Pingxiang and go to Mingshi to check in hotel there.

Day 6: Mingshi → Detian (~1h ride) → Tong Ling (~50min ride) → Jingxi (~1h ride)
After breakfast, take a ride on a bamboo raft and have a look around the filming site of Hong Kong drama series “Country Spirit” in countryside of Mingshi. With villages scattered around the countryside and the beautiful view of the mountains and the Mingshi River, it is a peaceful place to sit down, relax and clear your mind from the busy life back home. Travel to Daxin by bus and admire the Detian Waterfall. The waterfall, being the world’s second largest transnational waterfall, is about 70m high and more than 200m wide. Water flows down from the high and steep cliff, creating a natural multi-layered waterfall. Set out for Jingxi and check in to hotel.

Day 7: Jingxi → Daxin (~2.5h ride) → Nanning (~3h ride)
Take a ride of approximately 40 minutes to visit Asia’s largest grand canyon, Tong Ling Grand Canyon Nature Reserve after breakfast. In the nature reserve, there are the Tong Ling Waterfall and the aboriginal forest grand canyon, which consists of rare species of plants from the dinosaur era and Yuan Yang Underground Stream. Visit the 9-fold waterfall, Water Curtain Cave and Pan Jin Cave at the underground stream scenic area. After that, travel back to Nanning and can do some self shopping at the shopping centres there.

Day 8: Nanning → Singapore
Escort to Nanning airport and take flight back to Singapore
