Day 1: Singapore → Nanning

Arrive at Nanning airport. Have dinner and check in to hotel.

Day 2: Nanning → Detian (200km, ~4h ride)

Travel to Detian Waterfall located at China-Vietnam border and admire the view of Mingshi’s countryside along the journey. The waterfall, being the world’s second largest transnational waterfall and largest in Asia, is about 70m high and more than 200m wide. Water flows down from the high and steep cliff, creating a natural multi-layered waterfall. China National Geographic named it the most beautiful waterfall in China. Can also cross the border by foot.

Day 3: Detian → Jingxi (270km, ~3.5h ride)

Head for Tongling Grand Canyon after breakfast. The canyon is 168m high and 30m wide and is Asia’s highest single-layered waterfall. Enjoy the view of the beautiful waterfall-in-the-cave, winding underground stream and rare plant species from the dinosaur era such as sugar palm. The overhanging waterfall resembles white silk dashing down, emitting thunderous sounds and creating white mist. Have a tour around Jingxi’s Xiuqiu Street.

Day 4: Jingxi → Bama (230km, ~5h ride)

After breakfast, travel to China’s longevity village in Bama. Admire the view of the Longevity River (also named as Pan Yang River) on the journey towards Bama. After visiting the village, take a ride on a boat through Yan Shou Tunnel (also named Bai Niao Cave), where Yan Shou means prolonging life. Take a look at the peculiar natural landscape that promotes longevity and admire the view of the refraction of light of the scenery inside the tunnel, creating a dream-like illusion. Head towards in Demons Cave, which is named as “the number 1 cave in the world” by the Royal Cave Society of United Kingdom. It is misty all year round due to the high concentration of negative oxide ions (70,000 atoms per cubic centimeter), hence it is a good place for recuperation. Return to the village and have the local specialty, Longevity Banquet for dinner.

Day 5: Bama → Crystal Palace (44km, ~1.5h ride)

Travel to Longevity Crystal Palace by bus after breakfast. The Crystal Palace Cave is 1000m long, consisting many different rock formations and stalactites. It is definitely a worthy place to visit as it possesses ornamental values and creates an opportunity to widen scientific knowledge. Head down to Fengshan and check in to hotel.

Day 6: Fengshan → Bama

After breakfast, take a half hour ride to tour around Fengshan county and visit the Three Doors Sea (San Men Hai), the world only doline that is accessible by boat. The scenery there is beautiful, with vines twining around towering banyan trees, stalactites hanging from the ceiling of the cave and the integration of the sky, clouds, mountains and water together as one, making one feel as if one is in  a fairyland and reluctant to leave. Travel to Fengshan town and have lunch, then visit Fengshan Karsts Geology Museum, the world’s only museum built in a cave. Know more about the formation of karsts and the different types of minerals. Return to Bama.

Three Doors Sea

Day 7: Bama → Nanning (280km, ~4.5h ride)

Arrive at Nanning in the afternoon and visit Nanning International Convention Centre, where the China-ASEAN Expo was held. This “green city” is a symbolic building in Nanning, built and designed by the architects and engineers from China and Germany. The design of the building was inspired by 2 themes: the joint exhibition of buildings and Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (also known as China rose), using skillful techniques to fuse architectural technology and artistic expression together, successfully creating an extremely modern and distinctive landmark. Guangxi is a multiracial district, with more than 30 different minority ethnic groups living together. The Ethnic Heritage Museum was specially built to highlight the rich and colourful folk customs in Guangxi, bringing all the different minorities’ customs together, hence making the museum a unique and historical outdoor exhibition hall.

Day 8: Nanning → Singapore

Proceed to Nanning Wuxu international airport after breakfast to return to Singapore. End of pleasant journey!

广西养生休闲之旅（八天）

第一天：新加坡 → 南宁

抵达广西壮族自治区首府南宁，抵达后用晚餐，入住南宁市中心酒店。

第二天：南宁 → 德天（200公里，车程4小时）

南宁乘车往中国越南交界的——德天跨国瀑布，沿途参观明仕田园，感受犹如中国唐朝诗人陶渊明笔下的世外桃园之美伦美幻景致：瀑布横跨中国及越南国境，宽 200多米，落差70多米，从高峻的石崖上，翠绿岩中倾泻而出，形成多层天然瀑布，遥望似素缟垂天，近观则白雾升腾、飞珠溅玉、气势磅礴，是亚洲最大的跨国瀑布，被国家定为特级景点，《中国国家地理》杂志评选为中国最美的瀑布。嘉宾可以步行至中国越南陆地界碑，感受脚踏中越两国土地之愉快心情。

第三天：德天→  靖西（270公里，车程3.5小时）

早餐后，前往中国最绿的健康峡谷——靖西通灵大峡谷，（游览约2小时）通灵瀑布宽30米，高达168米，是亚洲最高的单极瀑布；观赏美丽的洞中瀑布、蜿蜒的地下河峡谷溪流，据有700多年历史的古石叠、藏金洞、一线天、原始植被与恐龙时代同步生长的木沙椤群、莲子观音坐蕨、桄榔树等珍稀植物。高悬的瀑布宛如一条巨大的白练飞流直下，发出雷鸣般的响声，飘散出漫天白雾，阳光照射，彩虹顿现，置身峡谷观看瀑布，周围弥漫着沁人心肺的灵气游览靖西绣球街。

第四天：靖西 → 巴马（230公里，车程5小时）

早餐后，乘车往中国长寿之乡—巴马沿途车览美丽的长寿河——盘阳河风光，往延寿隧道——百鸟岩,乘观光船游览9.5亿年前形成的奇特的长寿生态地质自然景观，透过洞内景物光线的不同,让您置身其中仿佛如梦如幻般经历了六天六夜（约2小时）,前往被英国皇家洞穴协会命名为“天下第一洞”的百魔洞游览（33KM），这里常年祥雾弥漫，经测定此洞中负氧离子浓度高达每立方厘米7万个，是人们进行康复疗养的圣地。洞内有暗河、奇山、天坑，洞顶居住着瑶民，气势恢弘、神秘莫测的地质景观美不胜收…返巴马，览长寿村风光.晚餐为特色长寿宴。

第五天：巴马→ 水晶宫（44公里，车程约1.5小时）

早餐后乘车赴位于巴马那社乡大洛村牛洞屯的长寿水晶宫，水晶宫洞长1000米，洞内的中立水沉积形成的鹅管、石笋、石柱、石带、石旗和各类石幔、石瀑布等钟乳石，形象各异，姿态万千，洞内大部分景观雪白纯净，玲珑剔透，似玉又似水晶，而且仍在生长之中，极具观赏价值和科学研究价值，堪称“大自然艺术之宫”南国的“北国冰雕”。让您恍如置身一个玉砌般的童话世界。赴凤山

第六天：凤山 → 巴马

早餐后，（车程30公里，30分钟）游览素有‘岩溶之冠,洞穴之城”美誉的凤山县，游览目前世界上唯一可以乘船游览的水上天坑－三门海天窗群。参天古榕、曼藤缠绕、垂直丛生的钟乳石和大量的生物岩溶景观，让蓝天、白云、青峰、碧水浑然一体，令人恍若仙境，流连忘返。赴凤山县城，中餐后游览世界上唯一在洞穴内修建的博物馆－凤山岩溶地质博物馆。了解岩溶地质结构的形成，和岩溶地貌特色的各种矿物质，其中以博物馆所在的穿龙岩，面积为4.15万平方米，位于中国洞穴大厅第五名，世界第九名。返巴马

第七天：巴马 → 南宁（280公里，约4.5小时）

下午抵达南宁南宁外观中国东盟博览会会址：南宁国际会展中心，这是“绿城”南宁标志性建筑，由中德建筑师及工程技术人员合作设计完成。建筑设计紧扣“汇展建筑”及“朱槿花”为主题，以理性主义的手法高度地融合了建筑技术与艺术表现，成功地营造了极具时代特色的城市标志性建筑。广西是个多民族的地区，而首府南宁也聚居着壮、苗、瑶、侗、仫佬、毛难等３０多个少数民族的人民，各个民族有着丰富多彩的民俗风情。民族文物苑则浓缩了广西各民族的民族风俗、风情，是博物馆为突出广西民族特色而专门开辟的场所，是一座地方性的独具特色的民族文物露天陈列馆。

Singapore – Hainan Island 7 days 6 nights tour

Day 1:  Singapore → Haikuo→ Wenchang

Arrival at Haikou Airport. Shopping at the Haikou night market.

Day 2: Wenchang→ Qiong Hai→ Shi Mei Wan

After breakfast, visit the venue of the Boao Forum of Asia and Yudai Bay, which includes a ride on a pleasure boat. The Boao Forum of Asia is a non-governmental and non-profit international association. It is currently a high level platform for Asia and the other continents to hold important dialogues between leaders in the government, business and the academic circles. Yudai Beach resembles a long jade belt that intentionally separates Wanquan River and the South China Sea. Admire the beautiful scene of the long and narrow beach lines, with the endless South China Sea on one side and the Wanquan River, lakes and mountains on the other side. Take the electromobile at Boao (Shapo Island) golf tourism spot and enter the famous 9 holes course, appreciating China’s famous 18 holes, also known as Asia’s number 1 hole. Every customer gets to practise with 30 golf balls, then proceed to the hotel for the night.

 

Day 3: Shi Mei Wan → Sanya Nanshan temple

Leave for Ganshen Ridge, Binglang Valley located in Ganshen natural reserves. With steep forests on both sides, the path towards Binglang Valley floor stretches for a few kilometres continuously. To the Li family living in the Binglang Valley, binglang (betel/areca nuts) is very important. It is used in happy occasions such as marriages and given to others as gifts. Enter the Binglang Valley into the Li family’s tradition to truly understand and experience the culture there. After lunch, head over to West Island’s amusement park on the sea, which is the core component of Sanya’s tourism area. Located in the north of West Island, the amusement park on the sea converges marine sports, diving, natural outdoor bath and beach entertainment together, with diving and tour around the island as the more popular activities. Check in to hotel at night and enjoy the Nanshan vegetarian banquet.

Day 4: Sanya → Jianfeng Ling

Participate in the “hug the Buddha’s foot” activity after breakfast. Visit the Nanshan Buddhist cultural centre, where everything is simple and realistic. The Buddhism scriptures record that to save all the living things in the world, Guan Yin bodhisattva made 12 wishes, and the third is to live at Nanhai, hence it has always been called the land of luck. After lunch, head down to Jianfeng Ling’s rainforest cultural centre, then check in to hotel for the night.

Day 5: Jianfeng Ling → Dan Zhou

After breakfast, free and easy activity to scale Jianfeng Ling. Jianfeng Ling is located in Ledong district and became a national forest park in July 1992. It is China’s largest original tropical forest zone, with the main peak at 1412 metres above sea level and the lowest at 200 metres. Being a large natural gene library of species, over 2000 species of plants with vascular bundle and more than 300 species of trees can be found here. Proceed to Dan Zhou by bus and check in to the hotel there.

Day 6: Dan Zhou → Haikou

Leave for Songtao Reservoir after breakfast and take a boat ride on the Songtao Lake to view the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, enjoy a feast of fish in hotpot on the boat. After lunch, return to Haikou by car and visit the Crater Garden.  There are volcanic vents in the garden, a garden path, a wide and beautiful concourse as well as a temple built by Taoguang during the Qing dynasty. There is also a viewing platform there, which glances over the high rise buildings in Haikuo City, the choppy straits of Qiong Zhou and Wu Zhi Shan located in central Hainan. Proceed to dinner after this and watch Hainan Island’s large scale dance and drama performance.

Day 7: Haikou → Singapore

Free and easy activity after breakfast, then head for airport.

前往甘什岭槟榔谷，由于景区位处甘什岭自然保护区，两边森林峻峭，中间是一条连绵数公里的槟榔谷地，故称槟榔谷。椰子代表海南，槟榔代表黎家，在黎家，没有槟榔不成礼，没有槟榔不成婚，这“槟榔”二字可以说是海南真正的“主人”黎族人的文化字符，而聚居在海南中部山区的黎族，以神秘雨林山谷为栖身，只有走入槟榔谷，走入黎家文化，进入这一片神秘雨林谷地，才能感受原汁原味的民族风情。午餐后下午前往西岛海上游乐世界，西岛海上游乐世界是三亚西岛旅游度假区的核心组成部分，位于西岛的北端，是一个汇聚了汇聚海上运动、潜水观光、天然浴场、沙滩娱乐、椰林休闲的立体海岛景区，尤其以潜水项目和小岛观光着称。车赴南山迎宾馆；入住酒店，享用南山素斋宴；

第四天：三亚/尖峰岭

第五天：尖峰岭/儋州

早餐后自由登尖峰岭，尖峰岭位于乐东县境内，是我国现存面积最大、保存最好的热带原始森林区，1992年7月辟为国家森林公园，主峰海拔1412米，最低处海拔仅200米，相对高差千米以上，地形十分复杂。是一个巨大的天然物种基因库，已发现维管束植物2000多种，树种达300多种。车赴儋州；参观儋州热作两院，晚餐后入住酒店；

第六天：儋州/海口

早餐后前往松涛水库，乘船游松涛天湖，松涛水库,这块峰峦驰聚，群山迭彩，仙泉流注，江溪潮涌的风水宝地在改革春风的吹拂下愈发天姿绰约,生机勃发,更加显得鲜艳夺目,璀璨迷人。中午在船上享用鱼宴火锅风味；午餐后，乘车返回海口；火山口公园，火山口公园精美的火山门、优雅的花园路，美丽开阔的中央广场，特色火山风情区；有清朝道光建造的山神庙，罕见的野菠萝群，山顶观景道，景台，可浏览海口市高楼林立的雄姿，远眺波涛汹涌的琼州海峡，遥望海南中部的五指山，探险万年火山洞等。当今的火山口公园象一幅美丽的画卷展现在眼前，任君欣赏。晚餐后观海南岛大型歌舞剧。
