Hainan 6 days 5 nights luxury tour (departure in March)

Day 1: Singapore à Haikou
Arrive at beautiful Haikou in Hainan Island, then transfer to hotel for the night.

Day 2: Haikou→ Xinglong
Head over to Boao after breakfast and visit Boao City (20 minutes, excluding forum centre), where the Asia Forum is held. It is also named as the eastern version of Venice. After that, take a boat ride to Yudai Bay, which currently holds the Guinness World record for being the largest beach separating a river and sea (tour for 50 minutes). Travel to Xinglong and buy some souvenirs at Bao Shu Hall (50 minutes). Enjoy a free session at the natural hot spring in the hotel at night.

Day 3: Xinglong → Sanya
Visit the Li’s and Miao’s village and experience the local customs and culture (30 minutes). Next, go sightseeing at Lu Hui Tou Park, which faces the city of Sanya on one side and the other three sides are surrounded by sea. This is also an excellent spot for viewing the sunset.

Day 4: Sanya
Take some breakfast then travel to Nanshan Buddhist Cultural tourist area facing the South China Sea (tour for 3 hours, includes transport within tourist area). Have a look at the 108m high Guan Yin Bodhisattva statue. Enjoy an exquisite vegetarian feast for lunch, then have a tour around Auspicious Garden. Take a bus ride to Silk Museum (tour for 60 minutes), then head over to the Ends of the Earth scenic area (tour for 3 hours, includes transport within tourist area), which is Hainan’s most significant and symbolic tourist attraction. The scenery here is so beautiful that you definitely will have a delightful time and you might even be reluctant to leave. Taste Hainan’s tea and learn some tea culture during a tea ceremony (50 minutes).

Day 5: Sanya → Haikou
Travel to Butterfly Valley (tour for 20 minutes), the world’s best combination of natural and artificial environment for a butterfly garden. Walk into the tropical rainforest; admire more than 500 species of colourful butterfly from all over the world and understand the butterfly culture. Head down to Yalong Bay scenic area, China’s most attractive tourist area and graded a 4A scenic area. Visit the Shell Museum first and have a look at thousands of rare species of shellfish. Next, have a tour around the square where many large artistic statues are on display (45 minutes). Then, take a slow walk along the seashore on soft, fine sand and enjoy the sea breeze. Lastly, visit the Li’s and Miao’s village and experience the local customs and culture (30 minutes). Head over to the local specialty store (45 minutes) and buy some souvenirs for your family and friends back in Singapore. After this, travel back to Haikou and rest there for the night.

Free and easy activity after breakfast, then transfer to airport for flight back home.

Singapore – Hainan 7 days tour

Day 1: Singapore → Haikou → Shimei Bay
Travel to Boao by bus and proceed to Boao golf tourist area. Take a tour around the famous 9 holes golf course on an eletromobile and admire one of China’s top 18 golf courses and the number golf course in Asia. Each person is entitled to 30 golf balls to practise. Next, travel to Shi Mei Bay scenic spot and check in to hotel and have some free and easy time.

Day 2: Shi Mei Bay → Sanya
After breakfast, travel to Monkey Island (inclusive of a two way cable car ticket). Monkey Island is located in Lingshui county, on South Bay Peninsula. About 400 species of tropical plants can be found on the island, as well as a hundred species of animals and 2500 rhesus macaques, which is the second most protected species of animals in China. The island is also China’s only island that is a nature reserve for these monkeys, hence the island name. After this, travel to Sanya by bus and relax yourself at the Ya Long Bay Beach.

Day 3: Sanya
After breakfast, visit Nanshan Buddhist Cultural Garden, which was said to be a lucky and prosperous place. According to the records in the Buddhist sutras, the Guan Yin Bodhisattva made 12 wishes in order to save the mankind, and the third wish was to stay in Nanshan. Check in to hotel after this.

Head over to West Island’s Amusement Park (on sea), located on the north side on West Island. The amusement park is the main attraction on the island, congregating many activities into 1 recreation scenic spot, such as sea sports, diving and beach activities. Check in to hotel in the afternoon and have some free and easy time.

Day 5: Sanya → Qixianling 
Proceed to Bing Lang Valley located in the nature reserve in Gan Shen Ridge. With steep forests on both sides, the Binglang Valley floor stretches for a few kilometres. To the Li family living in the Binglang Valley, binglang (betel/areca nuts) is very important. It is used during happy occasions such as marriages and given to others as gifts. Enter the Binglang Valley to truly understand and experience the Li family’s tradition and culture. Travel by bus to Qixianling and check in to the hotel.

Day 6:Qixianling → Haikou
After breakfast, travel to Crater Park back in Haikou. The doors are exquisitely designed, the garden paths are elegantly laid and the central square is big and beautiful in the volcano scenic area. Have a tour around Haikou City, visiting the temples amongst the skyscrapers and view the Mount Wuzhi located in Central Hainan from afar. Have dinner after sightseeing and watch Hainan Island’s large-scale musical.

Nanning, Ningming, Vietnam (Halong, Hanoi), Detian, Mingshi, Tong Ling 8 days 7 nights tour

Day 1: Nanning
After arrival at Nanning airport, travel to city and tour Nanning’s famous tourist attraction: Qing Xiu Mountain Park. There are many ridges and peaks within the scenic spot and has a magnificent view.

Day 2: Nanning → Ningming (177km, ~2.5h ride) → Pingxiang (45km, ~1h ride) 
Travel to Ningming by bus in the morning, tour the beautiful Ming River by boat then proceed to view Flower Mountain Mural. The mural is 44m high and 170m wide, consisting more than 1800 drawings of Man, animals, the Sun and the Moon, etc. In the afternoon, travel to Pingxiang by bus and visit You Yi Checkpoint. This checkpoint is the main pass between China and Vietnam, and is Nan Jiang’s most important border defense. Return to hotel after tour.

Day 3: Pingxiang → Halong, Vietnam (~6h ride)
Proceed to checkpoint after breakfast, settle the cross-border procedures, then travel to Halong, Vietnam.

Day 4: Halong → Hanoi (180km, ~3h ride)
After breakfast, visit Halong Bay, 1 of the world’s 8 natural heritages. Enjoy yourself under the warm sun and appreciate the exotic landscape such as the Cockfight (Dou Ji) Rock and the Heavenly Palace (Tian Gong) Cave. Savour lunch on a pleasure boat then travel to Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi by bus. Visit the Royal Marine Park at night and admire Vietnam’s unique folk art: “puppet show on water” and the ethnic song and dance performance. Check in to hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi → Pingxiang (220km, ~4h ride) → Mingshi (130km, ~3h ride)
Visit Ba Ting Square in the morning and view the exterior of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh former residences, the chairman’s mansion, and places with Vietnamese characteristics such as Du Zhu Temple and the museum. Free-and-easy activity to view Hanoi’s Huan Jian Lake and Tiao Fu Street. Travel back to You Yi Checkpoint, enter Pingxiang and go to Mingshi to check in hotel there.

Day 6: Mingshi → Detian (~1h ride) → Tong Ling (~50min ride) → Jingxi (~1h ride)
After breakfast, take a ride on a bamboo raft and have a look around the filming site of Hong Kong drama series “Country Spirit” in countryside of Mingshi. With villages scattered around the countryside and the beautiful view of the mountains and the Mingshi River, it is a peaceful place to sit down, relax and clear your mind from the busy life back home. Travel to Daxin by bus and admire the Detian Waterfall. The waterfall, being the world’s second largest transnational waterfall, is about 70m high and more than 200m wide. Water flows down from the high and steep cliff, creating a natural multi-layered waterfall. Set out for Jingxi and check in to hotel.

Day 7: Jingxi → Daxin (~2.5h ride) → Nanning (~3h ride)
Take a ride of approximately 40 minutes to visit Asia’s largest grand canyon, Tong Ling Grand Canyon Nature Reserve after breakfast. In the nature reserve, there are the Tong Ling Waterfall and the aboriginal forest grand canyon, which consists of rare species of plants from the dinosaur era and Yuan Yang Underground Stream. Visit the 9-fold waterfall, Water Curtain Cave and Pan Jin Cave at the underground stream scenic area. After that, travel back to Nanning and can do some self shopping at the shopping centres there.
